$29.57 to $32.69 per hour + salary packaging | State-wide Equipment Program (SWEP) – Administration Officer
2 x Fixed Term Full Time positions - 80 hours per fortnight including a monthly ADO | 12 months until September 2026
About the Role
Join a meaningful program that supports Victorians with long term disabilities and those who are frail aged. In this role, you'll process funding applications, check eligibility, and help consumers access essential equipment and aids. You’ll manage incoming calls and emails, and work closely with clinicians, suppliers, and other stakeholders across multiple SWEP programs. Flexible hybrid work arrangements are available following training.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and process applications accurately and on time
- Provide administrative support across program streams
- Enter and manage data in internal systems
- Respond to stakeholder enquiries professionally
- Deliver high-level customer service
- Participate in quality improvement activities
Skills & Experience
- Strong IT and database skills (Microsoft Office)
- Experience in administration and customer service
- High level communication and teamwork skills
- Empathy for aged and disabled individuals
- Adaptable and proactive under pressure
