About the Role

Join the Grampians Regional Continence Service, a multidisciplinary team supporting clients across the region with bladder and bowel health needs. This role combines clinical assessment, treatment, and education to deliver person-centred, evidence-based care for clients, carers and NDIS participants.

  • Provide specialised continence care across diverse client groups
  • Deliver assessments, care planning and clinical procedures
  • Educate and support clients, carers and NDIS participants
  • Work within a supportive, skilled multidisciplinary team

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Complete continence assessments, treatment and care planning
  • Provide outpatient, residential aged care and NDIS support
  • Perform clinical procedures within scope of practice
  • Deliver education and promote continence health awareness
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary continence team

 

Skills & Experience

  • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
  • Clinical skills and experience in continence care
  • Paediatric continence experience (highly desirable)
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Current Driver Licence
