About the Role
Join a collaborative and innovative Dietetics team at Grampians Health Ballarat. This permanent full time Grade 2 Dietitian position offers clinical variety, leadership opportunities, and a supportive environment for professional growth. You will contribute to acute and dialysis services and play a key role in delivering high quality, patient centred care across the region. The role offers opportunities to support students, engage in supervision, participate in research and quality initiatives, and work closely within multidisciplinary teams. You’ll also benefit from a strong culture of mentoring and clinical supervision.
Key Responsibilities

Provide patient centred, evidence based clinical dietetic care

Coordinate patient transitions and liaise with care teams

Supervise and mentor staff and students

Contribute to service improvement and planning

Participate in research and professional development

Ensure documentation and clinical standards are met
Skills & Experience

Accredited Practising Dietitian with Dietitians Australia

Strong clinical dietetics knowledge and patient focus

Effective communicator and active team contributor

Confident mentor with leadership potential

Victorian driver’s licence
