$47.81 to $54.10 per hour + salary packaging | Dietitian - Grade 2
Permanent Part Time | 4 days per fortnight (32 hours per fortnight)

 

About the Role

Join our enthusiastic, collaborative and innovative Dietetics team at Grampians Health Ballarat. We are excited to offer a role to support the delivery of high quality dietetic services within our Eating disorder team and in mental health programs. You will be part of a large, supportive dietetics team of approximately 30 EFT across the Grampians Health sites.

 

This role provides a great opportunity for ongoing professional development, student supervision and participation in quality improvement initiatives. The position is ideal for a clinician looking to consolidate and expand their skills in a dynamic and supportive team environment. You will benefit from regular clinical supervision, structured mentoring, and a strong culture of collaboration and growth.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver evidence based, patient-centred clinical dietetic care
  • Provide support to students and junior staff through supervision and education
  • Participate in service improvement, research and quality initiatives
  • Maintain accurate documentation and meet clinical governance standards
  • Contribute to team activities including meetings, audits, and continuous improvement

 

Skills & Experience

  • Accredited Practising Dietitian with current membership of Dietitians Australia
  • Demonstrated experience and knowledge in clinical dietetics including eating disorder 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Commitment to evidence-based practice and ongoing professional development
  • Current Victorian driver’s licence
