About the Role
Join our enthusiastic, collaborative and innovative Dietetics team at Grampians Health Ballarat. You will be joining our Eating Disorder team and support dietetic services in Mental Health.
This position offers leadership opportunities and a supportive environment for professional growth in a large dietetics team with approximately 30 EFT across the Grampians Health sites. You will contribute to the multidisciplinary Eating Disorder team and play a key role in delivering high quality, patient centred care across the region. The roles offer opportunities to support students, engage in supervision and participate in research and quality initiatives. You will also benefit from a strong culture of mentoring and clinical supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide patient centred, evidence based clinical dietetic care
- Participate in multidisciplinary Eating Disorder team
- Supervise and mentor staff and students
- Contribute to service improvement and planning
- Participate in research and professional development
- Ensure documentation and clinical standards are met
Skills & Experience
- Accredited Practising Dietitian with Dietitians Australia
- Credentialing in Eating Disorders desired
- Sound clinical dietetics knowledge and patient focus
- Effective communicator and active team contributor
- Confident mentor with leadership potential
- Victorian driver’s licence
