GH Quality Support Officer

Permanent Part Time | 24 Hours Per Week

HS1 $29.59 to $32.70 per hour

 

About the Role


Join our dynamic GH Quality team in a varied administrative role that supports quality improvement across the organisation. This is a great opportunity to develop a strong understanding of healthcare quality systems while working closely with leaders. You’ll play a key role in tracking improvement projects, managing reporting, and coordinating day-to-day admin support for a collaborative and high-performing team.

• Support work plans and monitor delivery of milestones
• Track and report on quality, performance and improvement data
• Develop and maintain standardised reports and data systems
• Work closely with Assistant Directors across departments
• Provide general administration and coordination support

 

Key Responsibilities


• Coordinate and monitor quality data, KPIs, trends, audits
• Respond to reporting requests and produce analytics reports
• Develop metrics for planning and forecasting activities
• Provide secretariat support for allocated meetings and projects
• Manage correspondence, travel bookings and office tasks
• Support GH Quality team with day-to-day administration

 

Skills & Experience


• Skilled in admin support for senior leaders or teams
• Strong Microsoft Office and database reporting ability
• Confident managing performance data and KPIs
• Excellent attention to detail and written communication
• Experience with health info systems (e.g. VHIMS, RISKMAN)
