Mental Health Clinician (RPN, SW, OT) - Horsham

Full Time & Part Time | Permanent & Fixed Term Options Available
$43.67 to $56.72 per hour (depending on discipline & experience) + salary packaging

 

About the Role

Join our dedicated, rural-based mental health team and fast-track your clinical skills through varied caseloads, structured supervision, and strong peer support. Ideal for early-career clinicians or those seeking meaningful work in a multidisciplinary setting with a focus on community care and recovery.

  • Deliver community-based, recovery-oriented mental health care
  • Conduct bio-psycho-social assessments and plan treatment
  • Collaborate with Senior Clinicians and Team Leaders
  • Engage consumers, families, and support networks in care
  • Participate in improvement projects and clinical reviews

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Complete mental health assessments and care reviews
  • Develop and manage recovery-focused care plans
  • Provide primary clinical support as part of a multi-disciplinary team
  • Liaise with external agencies to support consumer needs
  • Contribute to duty, weekend, and on-call roster as required
  • Ensure accurate documentation and data reporting

 

Skills & Experience

  • Registration with AHPRA or eligibility for AASW membership
  • Qualification in Nursing, Occupational Therapy, Psychology, or Social Work
  • Clinical skills in mental health assessment and treatment
  • Ability to work autonomously and within a team
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
