• 2 x Full Time Fixed Term (40 hours/week, with monthly ADO) – until July 2026
• 1 x Full Time Permanent (40 hours/week, with monthly ADO)

About the Role
As a Grade 1 Occupational Therapist, you’ll take part in our well-established rotational program, gaining experience across Acute, Subacute, Community, and other specialty areas. You’ll work closely with senior clinicians and a collaborative multidisciplinary team to deliver person centred care.

Your growth is our priority! We offer regular 1:1 supervision & fortnightly tutorial series. This role is ideal for those seeking to build clinical confidence while working in a team that genuinely values collaboration, learning, and excellence.

 

New graduates, applying are encouraged to review the Department of Health Speech Pathology and Occupational Therapy Grant program, in which grants totalling $15,000 are available for final year students in speech pathology or occupational therapy who choose to practice in regional or rural Victoria upon completion of their courses. About You

• Bachelor’s in Occupational Therapy (or equivalent)
• Registered (or eligible) with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist
• Current Victorian driver’s licence
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
