Permanenent Full Time | 40 Hours per week + ADO
HS4 ($43.33 - $46.80 per hour)
About the Role
Join the GH Capital Projects Directorate as a Project Support Officer, providing key administrative and project support across the full project life cycle.
This role offers a chance to contribute to capital infrastructure projects while ensuring project deliverables, budgets, and timelines are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with project status reports, tracking progress, risks, and issues
- Prepare financial claims, reconcile invoices, and manage budgets
- Support project documentation, presentations, and stakeholder engagement
- Maintain project systems and databases, ensuring accurate records
- Assist with low-risk project management and stakeholder coordination
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and legislative requirements
Skills, Qualifications & Experience
- Qualifications in business administration, Diploma in Project Management or equivalent
- Experience in business administration or project support roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and project monitoring systems
- Knowledge of project management standards and regulations
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
