About the Role
Grampians Health welcome applications to join our Radiology team with various positions available. Applications are open for Fixed Term Parental leave cover (Grade 1 & 2 Radiographers) at Grampians Health Ballarat. This is an exciting opportunity for a team-orientated Radiographer seeking flexible work/life balance in iconic Ballarat.
Positions available:
- Fixed Term Parental leave cover | Multiple vacancies
- 12 months (possibility of extending) from August 2025
Grampians Health Ballarat Radiology is a ‘state of the art’ department that performs Approx. 10,000 exams per month across a wide range of diagnostic and interventional radiological procedures, including MRI, CT, Nuclear Medicine, Ultrasound, Mammography, Fluoroscopy and General X-ray.
The successful applicant will join a dynamic team of highly skilled healthcare professionals to provide exceptional service for the community.
Key Selection Criteria
- AHPRA Accredited or Pending
- Valid Radiation license or Pending
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in General Radiography, theatre and mobile procedures, fluoroscopy and angiography are desirable
- Clinical Competence. Ability to carry out additional associated radiographic tasks such as QA and some clerical duties
- Sound organisational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work as a team member in the formulation and implementation of departmental policies and practises as requested
