About the Role
Grampians Health Cardiovascular Unit provides Interventional Cardiology and Radiology procedures Monday to Friday plus emergency on call 24/7. Our service seeks dedicated Registered Nurses (Division 1, Grade 2) who love to learn, are highly adaptable, enjoy working under pressure and demonstrate initiative.

Key Responsibilities
- Pre and post procedural care of patients
- Scrub & circulating roles providing technical support for proceduralists and medical management of deteriorating patients
- On call 1 night a week and 1 weekend every 4 weeks
- Ensure compliance with safety, risk management, and quality standards.
- Actively participate in clinical supervision, mentoring, and professional development.
- Support the implementation of policies, guidelines, and accreditation standards.
Skills & Experience
- Registered with AHPRA as a Division 1 Nurse with a current practicing certificate.
- Advanced life support rhythm recognition
- Recent acute care experience managing deteriorating patients
- Ability to prioritise workload and problem-solve in a dynamic environment.
- Commitment to professional development and continuous learning.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work within a team.

This position is paid in accordance with the Nurses and Midwives (Victorian Public Sector) (Single Interest Employers) Enterprise Agreement 2024 - 2028. The classification is Registered Nurse Grade 2 (YP2 - YP9) which ranges from $41.36 - $52.20 per hour.
