Fixed Term Part Time from November 2025 to November 2026 | 64 hours per fortnight
About the Role
This is a rewarding opportunity to join a supportive, team focused Radiology Nursing unit. As a Radiology Nurse, you'll care for both inpatients and outpatients undergoing diagnostic imaging, interventional procedures, recovery, and cardiac stress testing.
The role is varied and dynamic, allowing you to broaden your clinical skillset in a fast-paced and innovative environment. You’ll be supported by experienced clinicians, with access to professional development and flexible working arrangements. Our department operates Monday to Friday and includes an on-call component, with nursing shifts rotated between our Drummond Street campus and the newly expanded Sebastopol facility.
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver evidence based nursing care in radiology and procedural settings
• Support recovery and monitor patients undergoing cardiac stress testing
• Manage care for complex inpatient and outpatient cases
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with patients and teams
• Assist with team coordination, learning, and orientation
• Participate in on-call duties as rostered
Skills & Experience
• AHPRA-registered Registered Nurse (Division 1)
• Cannulation competency or willingness to complete before starting
• Cardiac rhythm recognition (or willingness to develop)
• Radiology nursing experience welcome but not required
• Recent acute nursing experience desirable

This position is paid in accordance with the Nurses and Midwives (Victorian Public Sector) (Single Interest Employers) Enterprise Agreement 2024 - 2028. The classification is Registered Nurse Grade 2 (YP2 - YP9) which ranges from $41.36 - $52.20 per hour.
