About the Role

We’re seeking experienced Hospital Pharmacy Technicians to join our senior team at Grampians Health Ballarat. Two exciting Grade 3 roles are available: one focused on leading compounding services, and the other supporting clinical trials, oncology and compounding. These positions offer variety, responsibility and scope for you to demonstrate leadership, innovation and technical excellence in advanced pharmacy services.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate compounding operations across GH Ballarat
• Dispense chemotherapy, investigational and sterile products
• Support clinical trials, oncology and immunotherapy workflows

• Maintain GMP standards and aseptic suite protocols
• Liaise with pharmacists and stakeholders to ensure quality service
• Maintain accurate records, data tracking and PBS compliance

 

Skills & Experience

• Certificate IV in Health (Pharmacy Technician) or equivalent
• Significant hospital pharmacy experience required
• Advanced knowledge of compounding and sterile techniques

• Skilled in iPharmacy and clinical trial documentation
• Strong communicator with high professional standards
