What you’ll do
- Partner with hiring managers to deliver high-quality recruitment services.
- Provide expert advice and coaching to leaders on recruitment best practices, compliance, and equity.
- Use contemporary tools (Seek, LinkedIn Talent Search, etc.) to proactively source great candidates.
- Support a fair, transparent, and “best person for the role” selection process in line with our Enterprise Agreements and legislation.
- Contribute to process improvements and innovative talent attraction strategies.
What you’ll bring
- Certificate IV or Diploma in Human Resources, Business, or equivalent recruitment experience.
- Sound understanding of modern recruitment practices, tools, and employment legislation.
- Experience with Targeted Selection methodology (advantageous).
- Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (advantageous).
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to thrive in a busy, dynamic environment.
- A customer-focused mindset and genuine passion for connecting people with purpose-driven careers.
