Position: Permanent, Full Time
Benefits: 5 weeks annual leave and a monthly ADO
Salary: $37.67 to $41.65 per hour plus salary packaging

 

About the Program
At Grampians Health, our Home Care Packages & Linkages Program is dedicated to empowering older adults to live independently at home. We embrace consumer-directed care, allowing our clients to actively engage in services that include domestic assistance, nursing care, community involvement, and more.

 

Your Role
As a key player in our team, you will lead the administration team and provide high-level support across the program. Your responsibilities will span administrative, financial, and systems functions, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service delivery.

 

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Leadership: Be an active member of the Linkages leadership team, contributing to program growth and development.
  • Operational Management: Collaborate with the Program Manager to oversee all operational, administrative, and financial aspects.
  • Complex Administration & Process Management: Develop, implement, and manage processes for administrative and financial management of Home Care Packages and Linkages.
  • Team Coordination: Manage the Administration Team, including workflow, rostering, and leave management.
  • Recruitment & Training: Coordinate the recruitment, orientation, and training of new team members.
  • Office Management: Oversee office affairs, including physical and technology resources, and ensure OHS compliance.

 

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in supporting high-performing teams.
  • Leadership skills and demonstrated experience.
  • Strong understanding of administration systems and processes.
  • Extensive experience in financial systems, including Accounts Payable and Receivable.
  • Knowledge of community-based care services, preferably in aged care.
  • Positive attitude and adaptability in a changing legislative environment.
