Administration / Accounts Officer
Permanent Part Time – 32 hours per week (64 hours per fortnight)

About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administration / Accounts Officer to support the Community Options Manager with day-to-day operations. This role involves assisting with data preparation and reporting, coordinating clerical staff development, and ensuring accurate financial processes that reflect Community Options service delivery.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality customer service to both internal and external stakeholders

Support monthly client invoicing, input invoices, and reconcile DC2Vue diaries

Assist with the preparation and data entry of reporting requirements for Commonwealth and State funding

Process ARM/Epicor orders and maintain accurate records

Liaise with clients and service providers to resolve issues related to routine transactions

Contribute as a valued member of a multidisciplinary team delivering person-centred care
Skills & Experience
Essential:
-
Strong customer service skills
-
Proficient computer literacy, including Microsoft Office, with a willingness to learn internal systems

Qualification in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field

Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively
-
Excellent organisational, communication, and time management skills
-
Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality
Desirable:
-
Experience in financial management
-
Familiarity with systems such as ARM/Epicor, DCE, iPM, and Bossnet

Previous experience in the healthcare sector
