Speech Pathologist – Grade 2 (Paediatrics)
Full Time Fixed Term - 80 hours per fortnight (including monthly ADO)

Grampians Health Horsham is looking for passionate experienced or early career Speech Pathologist keen to join our dynamic and innovative team. This is a rare opportunity to obtain a full-time Grade 2 role in our large Paediatric team with opportunities to work across a variety of programs at our regional campuses including inpatients, outpatients, community programs and school readiness funding. As a Grade 2 Speech Pathologist you will have the opportunity to lead quality improvement activities, supervise junior staff and students and develop your leadership and management skills

Key Selection Criteria
Qualifications
- Practising membership with Speech Pathology Australia
- Current driver’s licence
Technical/Professional Knowledge and Skills
- Sound knowledge and experience in assessment, treatment and management options for paediatric clients presenting with a broad range of communication and swallowing difficulties and a demonstrated ability to apply this knowledge in the inpatient, outpatient and community settings
- Demonstrated ability to develop and empower others through supervision, modelling and training
- Knowledge and skills in working within a capability building and coaching role with early childhood educators and families to promote skills and knowledge in child development.
