Enrolled Nurse Div 2- Day Centre

$34.00 to $37.80 per hour + salary packaging | Enrolled Nurse Div 2 - Day Centre 
Permanant Part Time - 48 hours per fortnight

 

About the Role

Join our team to support frail, elderly, and disabled clients at our Social Support Group (Day Centre). You'll engage clients in various physical, mental, and social activities, fostering social connections and helping them maintain independence in the community. Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement activities programs based on clients' needs

  • Assist with client assessments

  • Monitor and document client progress

  • Provide physical, emotional, and psychological support

  • Work with other health professionals to support clients

  • Respond to changes in clients' conditions

 

Skills & Experience

  • Current registration with AHPRA as an Enrolled Nurse

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to implement and contribute to client plans

  • Ability to coordinate care and handle emergencies

  • Experience working with older community members

  • Proficiency with computer systems

Desirable:

  • Current Australian Driver's license

  • Experience with dementia or complex health issues

  • Experience in Community Care Services

  • Experience with the UNITI data package
