Key Responsibilities

Provision of clinical services.
Supervision of Grade 1 team members, Allied Health Assistants and assistance with facilitation of undergraduate student placements.
Workflows designed to enhance multidisciplinary teamwork.
Strong emphasis on learning and support with Internal and External professional development with attractive financial support, plus work vehicle, paid accommodation, and leave, and clinical supervision).
Development and implementation of quality improvement programs.

Key Selection Criteria

Qualifications

Bachelor of Occupational Therapy or equivalent
Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
Current Victorian Drivers Licence

Professional Knowledge and Skills

Sound knowledge and experience in the provision of Occupational Therapy assessment and intervention.
Evidence of commitment to ongoing learning and reflective practice
Experience in supervision of Occupational Therapy staff and undergraduate students
Highly proficient written and verbal communication skills
Well-developed interpersonal skills and an ability to work well with others
Flexibility and adaptability to work within a busy and dynamic work environment
