Key Responsibilities

  • Provision of clinical services. 
  • Supervision of Grade 1 team members, Allied Health Assistants and assistance with facilitation of undergraduate student placements.
  • Workflows designed to enhance multidisciplinary teamwork.
  • Strong emphasis on learning and support with Internal and External professional development with attractive financial support, plus work vehicle, paid accommodation, and leave, and clinical supervision).
  • Development and implementation of quality improvement programs.

 

Key Selection Criteria

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Occupational Therapy or equivalent
  • Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
  • Current Victorian Drivers Licence

 

Professional Knowledge and Skills

  • Sound knowledge and experience in the provision of Occupational Therapy assessment and intervention.
  • Evidence of commitment to ongoing learning and reflective practice
  • Experience in supervision of Occupational Therapy staff and undergraduate students
  • Highly proficient written and verbal communication skills
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills and an ability to work well with others
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work within a busy and dynamic work environment
