About the Role
Grampians Health Stawell is expanding to two operating theatres, providing a range of surgical services Monday to Friday with no on-call requirements. Supported by a dedicated education team and regional networks, this role offers a collaborative and professional environment. Join us as a Theatre Technician and contribute to high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Transport and safely position surgical patients.
• Work both autonomously and as part of a team.
• Reconcile and manage surgical supplies.
• Clean and prepare theatres to maintain high standards.
• Assist with equipment setup and maintenance.

Skills & Experience

• Certificate III/IV in Health Operating Theatre Technician (desirable).
• Positive work ethic with attention to detail.
• Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to manage time and prioritize tasks.
• Ability to follow established routines and adapt to demands.

All appointments are subject to a satisfactory police records check, immunisation clearance and Working with Children check and/or NDIS Worker Screening Check.

All employees must be willing and able to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when required, which at a minimum is a surgical mask. Additional PPE requirements are role-dependent.
