About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Payable Officer to join our finance team on a full-time basis. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring timely payments.
Key Responsibilities
- Process high volumes of invoices with accuracy and efficiency
- Match purchase orders and invoices
- Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Respond to internal and external queries in a timely manner
- Daily batch processing to confirm accuracy of processing prior to approval of batches
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
About You
- Previous experience in an Accounts Payable or similar finance role preferred
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills and a customer-service mindset
- Experience using accounting systems
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel
- Committed to continuous improvement, innovation, and high-quality customer service
- Ability to use initiative, exercise sound judgement, and resolve complex account issues
