Graduate Opportunities

At Grampians Health we offer a range of opportunities to support newly graduated nurses as they transition to professional practice. Our Graduate Nurse Transition programs across all of our sites enable graduates to consolidate and further develop their knowledges, skills and competence under supervision and guidance. We offer opportunities for graduate transition programs for Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses, & Midwives across Acute, Sub Acute, Mental Health & Aged Care.

Enrolled Nurse Traineeships

Grampians Health also provides opportunities for enthusiastic, passionate and motivated individuals to start a career in Nursing through our innovative Enrolled Nurse Trainee program

Successful applicants will be enrolled in a Diploma of Nursing through Federation TAFE and on completion of this program will be a qualified Enrolled Nurse.

Our Trainees work 5 days per week, with 3 of these days being spent in a learning environment completing the theoretical component of their new role. The other 2 days are spent putting learning into practice whilst being supported by the largest nursing workforce in the Grampians region.
