80 hours a fortnight + monthly ADO
$29.58 per hour
About the Role
The position will provide ongoing support to various functions within finance, including accounts receivable and the cashier’s office. You will assist in ensuring all day-to-day operational tasks are completed. Your communication and interpersonal skills will be of the highest standard, including the ability to identify and solve problems constructively, along with a history of administrative excellence. High quality computer skills are essential for this role with particular emphasis on accurate data entry. Previous experience in a community or health environment is desirable.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling of cash
- Preparation and reconciliation of daily bank reports
- Maintenance of debtor files
- Daily batch processing
- Point of contact for customer queries
