Permanent & Casual Positions available – Full or Part time EFT
About the Role
This role offers hands-on involvement delivering individual and group therapy within our care communities (residential aged care). You’ll support Allied Health Professionals to provide high-quality therapy, contribute to smooth daily operations, and play a key role in resident wellbeing.
- Deliver individual and group therapy programs
- Support Grade 3 AHAs across care communities
- Undertake delegated tasks under AHP direction
- Implement therapy plans and track resident progress
- Communicate clearly within the team to support safe, consistent care
Key Responsibilities
- Provide therapy programs to residents
- Carry out delegated AHP tasks
- Support the AHA Grade 3 team
- Monitor and report resident progress
- Maintain strong communication within the team
Skills & Experience
- Certificate III/IV in Allied Health Assistance (or working towards)
- Ability to deliver programs under AHP supervision
- Strong communication skills
- Able to work independently and in a multidisciplinary team
- Commitment to learning and service improvement
