Permanent & Casual Positions available – Full or Part time EFT

 

About the Role
This role offers hands-on involvement delivering individual and group therapy within our care communities (residential aged care). You’ll support Allied Health Professionals to provide high-quality therapy, contribute to smooth daily operations, and play a key role in resident wellbeing.

  • Deliver individual and group therapy programs
  • Support Grade 3 AHAs across care communities
  • Undertake delegated tasks under AHP direction
  • Implement therapy plans and track resident progress
  • Communicate clearly within the team to support safe, consistent care

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide therapy programs to residents
  • Carry out delegated AHP tasks
  • Support the AHA Grade 3 team
  • Monitor and report resident progress
  • Maintain strong communication within the team

 

Skills & Experience

  • Certificate III/IV in Allied Health Assistance (or working towards)
  • Ability to deliver programs under AHP supervision
  • Strong communication skills
  • Able to work independently and in a multidisciplinary team
  • Commitment to learning and service improvement
