About the Role
An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Associate Nurse Unit Manager (ANUM) to join the Youth Prevention and Recovery Care (YPARC) service at Grampians Health. Working in partnership with Wellways, you will provide recovery-focused care and clinical leadership to young people aged 16–25 experiencing mental health challenges and psychosocial distress. This role offers the opportunity to support recovery journeys through evidence-based, trauma-informed and person-centred care within a collaborative multidisciplinary environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical leadership within the YPARC service
- Complete assessments, risk management and care plans
- Deliver recovery-oriented and trauma-informed care
- Support staff development and workforce coordination
- Contribute to quality improvement and clinical governance
- Collaborate with Wellways, families and external services
Skills & Experience
- Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration
- Experience in mental health nursing practice
- Strong leadership and clinical decision-making skills
- Knowledge of recovery-oriented mental health care
- Ability to work within multidisciplinary teams
