About the Role
Grampians Health is seeking a Change Manager Specialist to lead the development and delivery of change strategies that support major organisational transformation. This role plays a key part in preparing staff, partners and consumers for upcoming changes, while supporting two major projects: the Ballarat Base Hospital Redevelopment and the implementation of an Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.

 

You will guide leaders, build capability, embed effective change practices and support the successful adoption of new ways of working across the organisation.

• Lead change strategy and adoption across major organisational initiatives
• Work with leaders to assess readiness and drive engagement
• Build strong relationships across diverse stakeholders
• Integrate change frameworks into project delivery
• Coach and support staff to build change capability

 

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and apply change management methods, tools and strategy
• Integrate change planning into priority projects including the Redevelopment and EMR
• Conduct readiness assessments and report findings to senior leaders
• Address people-related risks, resistance and performance issues
• Build and maintain stakeholder relationships across the organisation
• Track change schedules, interdependencies and communication requirements

 

Skills & Experience
• Qualifications in Change Management
• Strong communication, facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to analyse data and evaluate processes
• Capability to drive adoption in complex environments
• Experience in the health sector is an advantage
