About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic clinical leadership aligned to GICS priorities
- Lead service improvement and quality initiatives in cancer care
- Partner with clinicians, health services and system stakeholders
- Champion evidence‑based practice and best‑care pathways
- Influence system design across regional cancer services
- Analyse data to identify risks, opportunities and improvement needs
Skills & Experience
- Medical background with clinical leadership in oncology
- Strong knowledge of contemporary cancer care practice
- Experience leading service or system‑level change
- Ability to collaborate across diverse stakeholder groups
- High standards of integrity, ethics and professional practice
