About the Role
Grampians Health are seeking an innovative Social Work Clinical Educator to join our growing Allied Health Education team on a permanent part-time basis. The role will focus on developing and coordinating best practice education opportunities to enhance the capabilities of the current and future Social Work workforce in the region.
Key Responsibilities
The Social Work Clinical Educator will work with the Allied Health Education team to:
- Identify learning and training needs of the Social Work department.
- Develop and support implementation of best practice structured learning to meet the needs of the Social Work workforce.
- Undertake research and quality improvement processes to contribute to best practice allied health education across Grampians Health.
Skills & Experience
- Eligible for membership with the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW) and meet the Grampians Health Allied Health Credentialing requirements for Social Work.
- Experience in the healthcare sector in supporting workforce education.
- Completion of, participation or actively planning for training in education.
- Experience in quality improvement projects and change management.
- Strong ability to develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders from different professional backgrounds.
