Clinical Psychology Registrar | Psychology Department at Grampians Health Ballarat Clinical
Fixed Term Part Time (30.4 hrs per week) - 2 Year Program
About the Role
Join our experienced team of Clinical Psychologists and Clinical Neuropsychologists in the Psychology Department at Grampians Health Ballarat, and complete your endorsement program while gaining invaluable experience in a regional health setting.
As a member of the Psychology team, you will be an integral part of a multidisciplinary team, gaining experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Primary job requirements involve the provision of psychology services in the area of your specialisation at Grampians Health.
You will also support the psychology staff to enhance team building and excellence within the team and Allied Health.
As a Grade 2 Psychologist you may be expected to work in various locations and programs within Grampians Health and regional /external services while completing your registrar program.

Key Responsibilities
- Provision of psychological assessment, diagnosis, treatment/intervention and advocacy for Grampians Health clients in the service to which you are allocated
- Accurate recording of activities in keeping with Grampians Health clinical documentation and activity recording guidelines
- Active participation in discipline and program meetings, clinical case conferences and service planning working groups
- Participation in performance review and development program
- Participation in clinical supervision and allied health credentialing processes
- Participation in quality improvement and/or research activities
Skills & Experience
- Essential - Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology
- A commitment to person-centred care
- Excellent knowledge of psychological assessment, diagnosis and intervention
- Outstanding interpersonal and teamwork skills
- A commitment to ongoing learning
- Strong commitment to the values of collaboration, respect, accountability, innovation and compassion.
