Fixed Term Full Time until early 2027 | 40 hours per week including a monthly ADO
About the Role
Grampians Health is seeking a Clinical Project Officer to support the delivery of clinical innovation and service improvement projects across the region. Working alongside Senior Project Officers, you will use your clinical background to help design and implement sustainable, patient-centred models of care.
This role supports major improvement initiatives across Grampians Health and the Grampians Local Health Service Network and is open to candidates based at any GH site.
• Work with Senior Project Officers to deliver improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve project outcomes
• Apply evidence-based and change management methods to embed innovation
• Support governance, reporting and performance tracking
• Align local initiatives with statewide priorities and sector partners
Key Responsibilities
• Contribute to project planning, coordination, reporting and timelines
• Use clinical expertise to design safe and effective models of care
• Work with staff, consumers and partners to achieve project outcomes
• Support governance processes, resource use and innovation efforts
• Assist with communication strategies and statewide alignment
Skills & Experience
• Tertiary qualification and registration in Nursing or Allied Health
• Commitment to clinical innovation and service improvement
• Ability to deliver outcomes within complex health systems
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Adaptable, resilient and able to work independently
