About the Role
Grampians Health is seeking an accomplished Clinical Psychology Clinical Lead to provide senior clinical and professional leadership across Allied Health psychology services. This is a rare opportunity to shape psychology service delivery across a large regional health service while maintaining a small clinical caseload.
Reporting to the Director of Psychology, you will be recognised as a peer expert, providing strategic leadership, service development, workforce supervision and some operational oversight for Clinical Psychologists and Psychology Registrars across Grampians Health Allied Health Psychology Service.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide advanced clinical psychological care
- Lead supervision and workforce capability
- Drive service planning and improvement
- Support recruitment and performance reviews
- Ensure clinical governance and compliance
- Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams
Skills & Experience
- Masters or higher in Clinical Psychology
- AHPRA registration with endorsement
- PBA Approved Supervisor status
- Strong leadership and supervision experience
- Excellent communication and stakeholder skills
