Permanent Part Time - 22.80 hours per week | Ballarat based (travel across sites may be required)

About the Role

Grampians Health is seeking an accomplished Clinical Psychology Clinical Lead to provide senior clinical and professional leadership across Allied Health psychology services. This is a rare opportunity to shape psychology service delivery across a large regional health service while maintaining a small clinical caseload.  

 

Reporting to the Director of Psychology, you will be recognised as a peer expert, providing strategic leadership, service development, workforce supervision and some operational oversight for Clinical Psychologists and Psychology Registrars across Grampians Health Allied Health Psychology Service. 

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide advanced clinical psychological care
  • Lead supervision and workforce capability
  • Drive service planning and improvement
  • Support recruitment and performance reviews
  • Ensure clinical governance and compliance
  • Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams

 

Skills & Experience

  • Masters or higher in Clinical Psychology
  • AHPRA registration with endorsement
  • PBA Approved Supervisor status
  • Strong leadership and supervision experience
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder skills
