Committee Administration Assistant
Location: Ballarat Central. VIC, AU 3350
Fixed Term Part Time - 24 hours per week

About the Role
Provide administrative support to multiple committees and working groups, assist with monitoring and reporting on key action plans and projects, and contribute to fostering a collaborative, inclusive, and confidential workplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft and collate meeting papers and agendas.
- Write minutes and prepare presentations for committees.
- Provide admin support to committee working groups.
- Attend and participate in committee meetings.
- Update actions in quality reporting systems.
- Assist with monitoring and reporting on action plans.
Skills and Experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information.
- Organisational skills and demonstrated ability to maintain office systems and procedures
