Permanent Full Time opportunity in our state of the art public dental clinic in Ballarat!
About the Role
The purpose of a dental receptionist is to support the efficient and effective delivery of dental services to GH patients. This is achieved by providing a high level of clerical and administrative support to the dental team and delivering exceptional customer service directly to our patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome patients in a professional manner, ensuring a smooth check-in process.
- Ensuring our patients receive understanding and focused customer experience in their dental journey.
- Management of many appointment books
- Answering phone calls and managing several phone lines
- Ability to communicate and work in a busy team environment
Skills & Experience
- Excellent people management and leadership skills
- A high level of initiative and motivation
- A drive to learn and flourish
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Efficiency, with the ability to effectively prioritise, multitask and use common knowledge as required
- Previous dental knowledge or experience is preferred
