Permanent Full Time opportunity in our state of the art public dental clinic in Ballarat!

 

About the Role

The purpose of a dental receptionist is to support the efficient and effective delivery of dental services to GH patients. This is achieved by providing a high level of clerical and administrative support to the dental team and delivering exceptional customer service directly to our patients.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome patients in a professional manner, ensuring a smooth check-in process.
  • Ensuring our patients receive understanding and focused customer experience in their dental journey.
  • Management of many appointment books 
  • Answering phone calls and managing several phone lines
  • Ability to communicate and work in a busy team environment 

 

Skills & Experience

  • Excellent people management and leadership skills
  • A high level of initiative and motivation
  • A drive to learn and flourish
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Efficiency, with the ability to effectively prioritise, multitask and use common knowledge as required
  • Previous dental knowledge or experience is preferred
