About the Role
Join the Grampians Health Ballarat Dental Service and deliver high‑quality, patient‑centred dental care in a supportive regional setting. This role is suited to both experienced Dentists and new graduates looking to build capability while enjoying a strong work‑life balance. You’ll work collaboratively with Senior Dentists and the wider Oral Health Services team to promote excellence in oral health and continuous service improvement.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver safe, high‑quality dental care within scope of practice

Collaborate with Senior Dentists and oral health teams

Participate in quality, efficiency and service improvement activities

Maintain CPD records and meet AHPRA registration requirements

Support colleagues and contribute to team capability
Skills & Experience
- Current AHPRA registration as a Dentist
- Recognised tertiary qualification in Dentistry
- Licence to use irradiating apparatus (radiation safety)
- Strong clinical knowledge and contemporary practice approach
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
