Grampians Mental Health & Wellbeing Services invites applications for the position of Deputy Clinical Director, Active stream. We are seeking an experienced and dedicated professional to join our leadership team, steering our services to new heights of excellence in the Grampians region.

 

Role and Responsibilities

As the Deputy Clinical Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction, clinical and operational delivery of our community mental health services. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring the provision of high-quality, client-centered care. Collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams, you will lead clinical initiatives, promote innovative practice, and drive performance improvements. Your leadership will be instrumental in fostering a culture of collaboration, compassion, and continuous learning.

 

Skills and experience

- FRANZCP.

- Demonstrated leadership and management skills in a healthcare setting.

- Strong understanding of mental health frameworks and policies.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
