Fixed Term (12 months) Full Time (80 hours per fortnight including a monthly ADO)
About the Role
Step into a senior leadership role within Pharmacy Services and shape how care is delivered across multiple campuses. This opportunity offers broad operational oversight, strategic input and the chance to influence service improvement at scale. You will lead high-performing teams across Ballarat, Horsham and Stawell, overseeing dispensary and distribution services, compounding, procurement, clinical trials and formulary governance.
Working closely with the Director of Pharmacy – Operations & Logistics and the Pharmacy leadership team, you will drive safe, evidence-based and cost-effective services while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead Pharmacy Services operations and strategy
• Deliver operational plan priorities
• Oversee dispensing, distribution and logistics
• Manage clinical trials and Drugs & Therapeutics portfolio
• Ensure clinical governance and compliance
• Deputise for Director Pharmacy Operations & Logistics
Skills & Experience
• Bachelor of Pharmacy
• Registered pharmacist with AHPRA
• Leadership in complex health services
• Knowledge of public sector legislation
• Strong communication and change leadership

Initial Accommodation
