Permanent Full Time | 40 hours per week including a monthly ADO

 

About the Role

Lead the operational delivery of mental health services across the Active Recovery Stream for the Grampians region. Working in partnership with clinical and operational leaders, you will drive service performance, quality improvement and strategic initiatives to support recovery-focused care and positive outcomes for consumers, carers and the community.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Lead operational performance across the Active Recovery Stream
• Develop strategic partnerships and stakeholder relationships
• Drive service planning, quality improvement and evaluation
• Oversee workforce management and service delivery outcomes
• Manage budgets and resource allocation
• Promote safe, recovery-oriented and equitable care

 

Skills & Experience

• Tertiary qualification in Nursing, Allied Health or Psychology
• Senior leadership experience in public healthcare
• Knowledge of Victorian mental health legislation and reforms
• Strong financial, workforce and operational management skills
• Proven ability to lead change and service improvement
