About the Role
Join our enthusiastic, collaborative and innovative Dietetics team at Grampians Health Ballarat. We’re looking for a motivated Grade 2 Dietitian to join our supportive and collaborative team, where strong supervision and ongoing professional development are at the heart of what we do. This role offers an excellent opportunity to deepen your expertise in delivering evidence-based care in acute and outpatient settings, while also developing your leadership skills in a supportive environment for professional growth.
You will be part of a large and dynamic dietetic service of approximately 30 EFT across the Grampians Health sites. You will be working within a team that values learning, research, quality improvement and effective multidisciplinary teamwork. Join our passionate Dietetics team at Grampians Health Ballarat!
Key Responsibilities
- Work within multidisciplinary Allied Health teams
- Deliver clinical dietetics in inpatient/outpatient settings
- Support service development and strategic planning
- Drive quality, safety, and risk management standards
- Take part in supervision, PD and reflective practice
- Contribute to clinical research and evidence-based practice
Skills & Experience
- Accredited Practising Dietitian with current membership of Dietitians Australia
- Demonstrated experience and knowledge in clinical dietetics assessment & care
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Commitment to evidence-based practice and ongoing professional development
- Current Victorian driver’s licence
