Director of Community Programs & Director of Nursing – Grampians Early Parenting Centre (Ballarat based role)
Grampians Health | Senior Leadership role in Community & Family Care
Grampians Health is seeking an experienced leader to oversee Community Programs and provide strategic nursing leadership at the Grampians Early Parenting Centre (EPC). This dual role will drive service excellence, ensuring that community programs and early parenting services are safe, effective, and innovative.
As Director, you will lead service integration, workforce planning, and program development, ensuring alignment with best practice, clinical governance, and evolving health needs. You will also provide nursing leadership at the EPC, working closely with the Nurse Unit Manager and executive leadership to support families with young children.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee the strategic direction and operational leadership of Community Programs and EPC
- Provide clinical governance, workforce leadership, and financial oversight
- Drive quality improvement, risk management, and evidence-based care
- Foster collaboration with internal teams, external agencies, and community stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with legislation, best practice guidelines, and service standards
- Provide expert leadership within the Aged and Community Care executive team
