About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to provide professional leadership, guidance and support within Grampians Mental Health & Wellbeing Service. In this role, you will work closely with educators and the leadership team to strengthen workforce capability, drive development initiatives, and support high-quality, evidence-based, consumer-focused care.
You will play a key role in shaping clinical practice, supporting staff development, and ensuring alignment with professional standards across multidisciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide leadership and oversight for OT scope and credentialing
• Support workforce planning and early career development
• Deliver expert advice on practice and service delivery
• Lead adoption of evidence-based OT practices
• Oversee clinical supervision frameworks
• Manage and address practice standard concerns
Skills & Experience
• Degree in Occupational Therapy with AHPRA registration
• Extensive experience in mental health clinical practice
• Strong leadership experience in health services
• Advanced knowledge of evidence-based interventions
• Postgraduate qualifications desirable
