Gandarra Palliative Care Unit – Enrolled Nurse

About the Role
Join the Gandarra Palliative Care Unit supporting patients and families facing life-limiting illness. Work within a passionate multidisciplinary team delivering complex symptom management and end of life care, with opportunities to build specialist palliative care skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver patient-centred palliative care
- Support symptom management and end of life care
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Communicate effectively with patients and families
- Collaborate within the multidisciplinary team
- Work across a 7-day rotating roster
Skills & Experience
- Enrolled Nurse registration
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Commitment to high-quality patient care
- Well-developed documentation skills
- Availability for AM, PM and night shifts

This position is paid in accordance with the Nurses and Midwives (Victorian Public Sector) (Single Interest Employers) Enterprise Agreement 2024 - 2028. The classification is Enrolled Nurse Grade 2 (IB68 - IB72) which ranges from $38.13 - $40.57 per hour.
