About the Role
Join our dynamic team and play a key role in supporting the delivery of top-notch cleaning and food services within the Environmental Services Department. You'll be instrumental in ensuring smooth operations while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and service.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise, mentor, and train staff, fostering a positive work environment focused on teamwork, welfare, and discipline.
  • Oversee the allocation of tasks, ensuring work is completed efficiently and meets quality standards.
  • Handle essential administrative tasks like ordering cleaning supplies, managing staff time sheets, processing leave requests, and ensuring incident reports are properly completed.
  • Answer phone inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Contribute to and support various department projects as required.

 

Skills & Experience

  • Extensive experience in high-standard commercial and healthcare cleaning, with a solid understanding of industry best practices.
  • Ability to take responsibility and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong teamwork and prioritization skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
  • Clear and confident communication skills to interact with staff and stakeholders.
