About the role
We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented professionals with a clinical background to join our Safe Systems & Performance team as Quality Affiliates, with both Permanent Part Time (24 hours per week, commencing 15 June 2026) and Fixed Term (up to 38 hours per week until 6 September 2026) opportunities available.
Working closely with Quality Partners and the Safe Systems & Performance Lead, this role supports a learning-focused approach to safety and quality across Grampians Health. You will coordinate the initial triage of incidents within Riskman and Riskman Q, ensuring data quality and appropriate allocation to managers and clinical leaders.
You will review a high volume of incident reports with a curious, clinically informed and systems-focused approach to identify risks, trends, and opportunities for improvement. The role also involves contributing to incident analysis and reporting, supporting early review of serious incidents, assisting with investigations, and providing education and real-time support to staff.
We are looking for someone highly organised, collaborative, and confident engaging across all levels. Strong Excel and digital system skills are important.
