Health Information Services Clerk
Ballarat Central, VIC, AU, 3350
Permanent Part Time- 88 hours per fortnight – 3 positions
Varied hours – 08:30-17:00 and 1430-2300
About the role
Health Information Services currently has an opportunity for highly motivated individuals to join our team.
The role calls for applicants with a high degree of flexibility, initiative, an eye for detail and willingness to learn. In addition, high level communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work well within a tight knit team are paramount. Well-developed computer and time management skills are essential and the successful applicant will need to have the ability to work under pressure in order to meet internal deadlines.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Reception and office duties
- Scanning clinical documentation into the Digital Medical Record
- Retrieval and distribution of medical records on demand
