Location: Ballarat campus (with leadership responsibilities across all Grampians Health campuses)
Full-time, Fixed Term Parental leave cover until February 2027.

About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and passionate clinical pharmacist to provide senior leadership, operational management and clinical pharmacy expertise to our Medicine and Continuing Care (MCC) clinical streams at Grampians Health. This is an exciting opportunity to step into a senior leadership role and contribute to high-quality, patient-centred care across our multi-campus health service.
Key Responsibilities:
As Lead Pharmacist, you will:
- Oversee clinical pharmacy services for General Medicine, Specialty Medicine, and Continuing Care streams across Grampians Health.
- Provide high quality consultative clinical pharmacy services to patients and multidisciplinary teams.
- Lead and mentor a team of pharmacists, technicians, interns and students.
- Drive innovation, quality improvement, and service development initiatives.
- Represent Pharmacy Services in key forums and contribute to strategic planning.
Skills & Experience:
- Registered pharmacist with AHPRA.
- Advanced clinical pharmacy knowledge and leadership experience.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage complex workloads and lead a diverse team.
