We’re looking for a passionate and skilled M365 Developer to help us deliver smart, user-centric digital solutions across our healthcare services. This is your chance to step into a pivotal role where you’ll modernise business systems, digitise workflows, and build impactful applications using the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, and more).

You’ll be part of a supportive, forward-thinking IT team driving innovation across Victoria’s western region

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and SPFx
  • Digitise business workflows and data using SharePoint and Dataverse
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into intuitive digital tools
  • Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and resolve bugs
  • Document solutions clearly for both end users and technical colleagues
  • Work closely with IT and cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement

 

Skills & Experience 
We're looking for someone with a solid foundation in Microsoft’s modern workplace tools, who’s eager to build solutions that matter:

  • Proven experience with the M365 Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse)
  • Strong skills in TypeScript/JavaScript, SPFx, and Microsoft Graph API
  • Solid understanding of data structures, process development, and user experience design
  • Experience working with SharePoint Online and On-Premises
  • Confident communicator who can engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Bonus points for experience with .NET, SQL, PowerShell, or ITIL frameworks
