HS3 | $37.63 - $41.65 per hour
About the Role
Cancer Services is looking for a Multidisciplinary Meeting (MDM) Administration Officer to provide leave cover over a 3-month period. This role supports the coordination of multidisciplinary team meetings, helping ensure smooth communication and efficient administrative processes that contribute to high-quality patient care. The position offers flexibility with full time or part time arrangements and requires availability for early morning start times (7:00am or 7:30am).
- Coordinate MDM schedules and logistics
- Prepare and manage meeting documentation
- Support clear team communication
- Maintain accurate patient records
- Assist with admin processes across teams
Skills & Experience
- Certificate III or IV Business Administration and/or significant experience in a similar role
- Strong administration and organisational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience with medical terminology and health systems
- Ability to prioritise tasks and meet tight deadlines
- Flexible, proactive, and able to work independently
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
