Permanent Full Time – Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm, 40 hours per week including a monthly ADO

 

About the Role

An exciting opportunity exists for a qualified clinician to join our Aged Community Team. Working within a multidisciplinary environment, you will provide recovery-oriented mental health care to older people living in the community. Supported by experienced clinicians, this role offers the opportunity to further develop your skills while making a meaningful difference to the wellbeing of consumers and their families.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments
• Develop and review consumer care plans
• Provide evidence-based clinical interventions
• Liaise with carers, families and service providers
• Participate in multidisciplinary case reviews
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation

 

Skills & Experience

• Qualification in Nursing, Psychology, Social Work or OT
• Current AHPRA registration or relevant membership
• Ability to deliver person-centred mental health care
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to recovery-oriented practice
