About the role

Grampians Health is excited to invite applications from enthusiastic and experienced Occupational Therapists to join our Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP)/Home and Community Care (HACC) program. This position is full time (40 hours a week including ADO), fixed term (Parental Leave Cover) available 20/4/2026-20/4/2027.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality occupational therapy services across a range of clinical settings.
  • Manage a varied caseload, providing tailored interventions for patients with diverse needs.
  • Supervise and mentor students and fellow Occupational Therapists.
  • Demonstrate positive and collaborative teamwork skills.
  • Communicate effectively and engage with key stakeholders.
