About the Role
The Early Parenting Centre (EPC), based in Lucas, is a dedicated facility supporting mothers, fathers, carers, families, and children up to four years of age. Grampians Early Parenting Centre delivers a comprehensive range of services through a nurse-led, multidisciplinary care team, focused on strengthening parent–child relationships and supporting families to achieve their parenting goals.
A part-time opportunity is available for afternoon shifts to meet the operational needs of the service.
Key Responsibilities
- Reception duties and first-point-of-contact support
- Patient registration and admissions
- Processing discharges
- Accurate recording of patient movements
- Providing general administrative support to enhance the patient experience
Skills & Experience
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and provide support to colleagues
- Adaptability and openness to change
- High-level computer skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Demonstrated proficiency across a range of computer applications
